Productivity Styles – #3 The Arranger

Are you a team player? Do you excel at getting others to work together effectively? Are personal connections key to your daily life?

You may be an Arranger.

Arrangers tend to be more intuitive and empathetic than Prioritizers or Planners. They are strong communicators who can tell a story and keep people working together. They are supportive of others, and can be persuasive in a group setting.

The challenge for an Arranger is getting their own priorities done, instead of focusing only on the team effort. Taking a hint from the Planner, Arrangers should schedule time to work on high-value tasks without distractions or interruptions from others.

Working effectively with others is a cornerstone of the Pink Pineapple method. Never be afraid to ask for help or lean on others, or offer your assistance in return.
